To return a product you must call us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) at 302-996-9480. You can only request a RA# within 30 days after you receive the shipment. Please make sure that you write the RA# on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused. Returns must be shipped either by UPS or Federal Express Ground. Do not return via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging as shipped by Galleyware. Any items returned in packaging other than the original packaging will be refused.
If you order products under our free shipping promotion and you return them you must ship the goods via UPS or Federal Express Ground at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection you will receive a credit to your credit card for the amount of the goods less the shipping charge that Galleyware incurred in the original shipment.
If you order products with $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping and you return them you must ship the goods via UPS or Federal Express Ground at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection you will receive a credit to your credit card for the amount of the goods less the difference in the $7.95 shipping charge and the actual shipping charge that Galleyware incurred in the original shipment.
We strongly recommend that you open and inspect every package immediately upon delivery. Failing to take this precautionary step may cause unnecessary delays or even negate our ability to assist you should an item be missing or damaged. If you do not inspect each package, Galleyware cannot be held responsible for any claims you make regarding damaged or missing items. Failure to comply with the terms of this policy shall result in a waiver of all responsibility on the part of Galleyware.
Claims against damaged items must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims made after 7 days cannot be accepted. Freight company delivery records will be utilized to determine date and time of receipt. For all damages call 302-996-9480. If you reach voice mail, leave a detailed message with the time you called, your name, item damaged and description and a phone number where you can be reached. Follow up with an email to email@example.com and attach photos. Keep all original packaging.
